This notice explains how Ascent ("SCAILE", "we") handles personal data shared through scaile.in, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you request a call, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, and optionally your company name, area of interest and a description of your requirement. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold the call, and follow up about the project you asked about. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists.
Who can see it
Our team, and service providers that help us run the site: our hosting provider and our email delivery service (Zoho ZeptoMail). They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, records are kept as long as the engagement and applicable tax and legal requirements need.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@ascentcts.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, enquiries are stored in a private database, and access to them is limited to logged-in team members.
