Some are client projects, some are our own products. All of them replaced a spreadsheet, a notebook or a WhatsApp group, and all run on infrastructure their owners control.

The problem
Orders taken on paper and WhatsApp, customer numbers in a notebook, loyalty offers tracked by memory.
What we built
Order entry with item catalogue, customer records by mobile number, and a loyalty points engine where earn and redeem rates can change without disturbing points already earned. Runs many branches under one account, with WhatsApp orders created automatically.

The problem
A new outlet-only bakery brand needed a web presence that felt as premium as the product.
What we built
A product-led website with seven browsable categories, outlet locations and a brand system built around their signature red.

Businesses juggling licences, contracts and certificates

The problem
Trade licences, insurance policies and contracts expiring unnoticed because the dates lived in someone's calendar.
What we built
A document vault where every file has a category and expiry date, a dashboard of what is active, expiring or expired, and automatic reminders 30, 15 and 7 days before each deadline.

The problem
Every letter retyped into the letterhead template, with fonts and margins drifting every time.
What we built
Upload a plain Word document and get back a correctly branded letterhead PDF in seconds. Every generated PDF is kept and searchable for later.

Families tracking investments across members

The problem
FDs, policies and bonds spread across family members, with maturity dates and nominees hard to find when they matter.
What we built
One private record of every investment with holders, nominee, tenure and documents attached. Maturity dates calculate themselves and the dashboard shows what matures next.

Ascent Key

Companies securing access to internal systems

The problem
Internal systems protected by passwords alone, with no simple way to add a second step.
What we built
An Android authenticator app that works offline and scans QR codes, plus a web console and verification API so any in-house system can require a 6-digit code.
