The Blueprint defines exactly what gets built. That scope is priced once, in writing. If you add something later, we price the addition separately before starting it. No hourly billing.
Yes. The source code, the database and the server are yours. You can host it anywhere, hand it to another developer, or keep working with us. There is no licence fee.
Mostly PHP (Laravel) with MySQL for web apps, and Kotlin for Android. It is a mainstream stack, so any competent developer can maintain it after us, and hosting is inexpensive.
On a Linux server you own, either one you already have or one we help you set up in your name. Your data stays in your account.
